How to Use Your Sauna Vest

Getting started is simple. For your first session, we recommend starting with a lower temperature to see how your body responds.

  1. Prep: Wear comfortable, casual clothing that covers your skin. Breathable fabrics are suggested. Lay the vest out on a flat surface like a bed or chair.
  2. Connect: Securely connect the vest to the controller, then plug the controller into a power outlet.
  3. Power On: Press the power button on the controller.
  4. Set Temperature: Use the temperature buttons to select your desired heat, from 60°C up to a maximum of 80°C.
  5. Set Time: Set your session duration. Do not exceed 50 minutes of use. The controller has an automatic 60-minute safety shut-off.
  6. Begin: Put on the vest, get comfortable, and press the start button to begin your session.

After Your Session: The vest will be hot. Unplug the power cord. Lay the vest flat and allow it to cool completely before cleaning or storing.
